Hew Square Trading LLC ("we") operates hewsquaretrading.com. This policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Order details: name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number and the items you buy.
• Payment data is entered directly with Stripe, Inc. We receive only confirmation of payment and limited card details (such as card type and last four digits).
• Messages you send us by email or the contact form.
• Your cart is stored in your own browser so it is kept between visits. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

To process and deliver orders, send order and shipping emails, answer questions, prevent fraud, and meet legal and tax obligations. We do not sell personal data.

Who we share it with

Stripe (payments and fraud prevention), shipping carriers (delivery), our email and hosting providers, and authorities where required by law. Some of these providers are located in the United States.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes, usually up to 7 years. Messages are deleted when no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use. If you are in the EU or UK, you have rights under the GDPR, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority. California residents have rights under the CCPA.
