We ship to the United States, the United Kingdom, the European Union and most other countries.

Processing time

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your parcel ships.

The exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and may be longer during holidays or customs delays.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, VAT or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are paid by the recipient.

Address and delivery issues

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will reship it once the shipping cost is paid again. If tracking has not moved for 10 business days (US) or 20 business days (international), contact us and we will open a claim with the carrier and replace or refund your order.

Damaged items

Teaware is packed in double boxes. If anything arrives broken, email a photo of the item and packaging to hello@hewsquaretrading.com within 7 days of delivery and we will send a replacement or a full refund.
