These terms apply to purchases made on hewsquaretrading.com (the "site"), operated by Hew Square Trading LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products

We sell tea and teaware. Tea is a natural agricultural product; colour, leaf shape and taste can vary slightly between batches. Handmade teaware is unique and may differ slightly from photos. Our products are sold as food and household goods. We make no medical or health claims, and nothing on this site is medical advice.

Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars. Payment is taken at checkout and processed securely by Stripe, Inc. We do not store card details. We may correct pricing errors; if an item was listed at an incorrect price we will contact you before shipping and you can cancel for a full refund.

Orders

Your order is accepted when we send a confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or we suspect fraud, and will refund any payment in full.

Shipping and returns

Delivery is described in our Shipping policy. Returns and refunds are described in our Returns and refunds policy. Both form part of these terms.

Age

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

Intellectual property

Text, photos and design on this site belong to us or our licensors and may not be reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws in your country.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
